Mobile attendance system for parliamentary support staff.
A Flutter attendance system built during an internship at the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, serving Member Administration Staff and Expert Staff.
ABSATA replaced a manual attendance process for two groups of parliamentary support staff (Member Administration Staff and Expert Staff) with a mobile application, as part of a wider digital transformation effort inside the institution.

The application was built in Flutter with a secure login flow, a dashboard surfacing attendance information, and realtime attendance monitoring, backed by REST API integration against the institution's services. Alongside the attendance work, the internship also covered UI/UX design implementation for both ABSATA and the institution's LMS application.
The work was carried out by a team of interns over a four-month placement. Development continued with another team after the internship ended in December 2024.

Problem
Attendance for Member Administration Staff and Expert Staff was handled manually, which cost administrative time and left the institution without a live view of who was present.
Solution
